Kevin Kufs ist seit dem 1. April 2021 CEO der Hermes Fulfilment GmbH sowie Geschäftsführer der Hermes Europe GmbH. Nach einer Banklehre und einem Master machte er sehr früh bei internationalen Handels- und E-Commerce-Unternehmen Karriere. Kevin Kufs war über vier Jahre im Management des E-Commerce Dienstleisters Trade Global Asia Holding (vormals Netrada) in Hongkong tätig, zuletzt als Member of the Board und CEO für Asia Pacific. Im November 2015 wechselte er als CEO zu 360shoes.com nach Singapur.
2017 trat er in die Otto Group ein. Als Bereichsleiter Operations kümmerte er sich zwei Jahre lang um das Mandantengeschäft der Hermes Fulfilment. Seit Januar 2019 verantwortet Kevin Kufs als Group Vice President Supply Chain Management die Transformation des Direktionsbereichs der Otto Group Holding, die Koordination des Konzern-Logistiknetzwerks und die Umsetzung diverser Strategieprojekte. Als COO war er zum 1. Januar 2021 zur Hermes Fulfilment GmbH zurückgekehrt, ehe er zum 1. April 2021 zum CEO berufen worden ist.
Kevin Kufs has been CEO of Hermes Fulfilment GmbH and Managing Director of Hermes Europe GmbH since 1 April 2021. After completing an apprenticeship in banking and a master’s degree, he immediately embarked on a career with international trading and e-commerce companies. Kevin Kufs was on the management team of the e-commerce service provider Trade Global Asia Holding (formerly Netrada) in Hong Kong for four years, eventually as Member of the Board and CEO for Asia Pacific. In November 2015, he moved to Singapore to take up the position of CEO of 360shoes.com.
He then joined the Otto Group in 2017 as Head of Operations, where he was in charge of the Hermes Fulfilment client business for two years. In January 2019, he was appointed Group Vice President Supply Chain Management. His portfolio included remodelling Otto Group Holding’s management division, coordinating the Group’s logistics network and implementing various strategy projects. He returned to Hermes Fulfilment GmbH as COO on 1 January 2021, before being appointed CEO on 1 April 2021.
